Is WorkStudio really free?

Browser use with files saved on your computer and printing is free. A Free account also includes 100MB of cloud storage and 10 monthly AI credits. Paid plans add larger allowances and sharing options. Compare account types.

Do I need an account?

You can use the browser editors and save files on your computer without an account. Sign in to save to your cloud storage, submit Feedback or use features that require an account. See what Free includes.

Where are my files?

Files saved to your computer stay where you save them. A cloud copy is stored when you save or upload to your WorkStudio account; saving locally does not automatically upload a file. Shared workspaces have their own access permissions. Read the Privacy Policy.

What does an AI credit buy?

AI credits measure usage, not a fixed number of tasks. One Standard AI credit corresponds to about 17,000 input words or 4,200 output words; the larger usage fraction determines the charge. Smaller requests use fractions of a credit. Advanced AI uses 5 times as many credits. Allowances reset monthly and do not roll over. How AI credits work.
