Retrieve data after account closure

During the 30-day retention period, verify your former account details to download your retained Personal data. Your account stays closed. This does not restore access to shared workspaces or projects.

Verification permits one download within 15 minutes and never extends the retention deadline. The ZIP uses the same user-facing formats and security exclusions as My Account exports. Shared-context exports remain with their authorized owners. For a lost password, unavailable authenticator, or a legally required retrieval or provider-switching request, contact mail@workstudio.online.
