Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of WorkStudio.Online. By accessing the service, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service and Merchant of Record

WorkStudio.Online provides browser-based work applications and related hosted features, including account access, cloud storage, file handling, AI-backed features, and support channels.

When you buy a paid subscription through our checkout, Paddle acts as merchant of record for the transaction. That means Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, invoicing, and applicable tax collection. WorkStudio.Online remains responsible for the product, access to the service, and customer support for the software itself.

3. Plans, Pricing, and Billing

WorkStudio.Online may offer free use, monthly subscriptions, and yearly subscriptions. Features, limits, and prices are described on our pricing and checkout pages.

• Recurring plans are billed in advance for each billing period.
• Monthly plans renew automatically each month until canceled.
• Yearly plans renew automatically each year until canceled.
• Applicable taxes are handled by Paddle based on the customer's location, tax status, and the pricing configuration used for checkout. Depending on the setup, tax may already be included in the displayed price or shown separately during checkout.
• We may change prices or plan features prospectively. Changes do not retroactively alter amounts already charged for the current paid period.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel a subscription before the next billing date to stop future renewal charges. Unless we state otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and your access continues until then.

Our refund policy is described separately in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, WorkStudio.Online is designed so you can evaluate the platform using free access before buying. Our standard commercial policy is that subscription fees are not refunded for unused time, and yearly plans are intended to be non-refundable once paid access begins, except where required by law or where the service is faulty or not supplied as promised. The service is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure in Europe.

5. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.
• You must provide accurate account information.
• We may suspend or close accounts for abuse, fraud, or legal/security reasons.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Do not try to access systems or data without permission, disrupt the service, or scrape data in unauthorized ways.
• Do not upload or share malware or other malicious code.

7. Your Content and Intellectual Property

WorkStudio.Online and its licensors own the platform software, service design, and branding. You keep ownership of the files, content, and other materials you upload or create in the service.

You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, secure, and display your content for the purpose of operating the service for you and the users you authorize.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data under applicable data-protection laws, including GDPR where it applies. Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, and how we share it.

• Data may include account details, content and file metadata, authentication/security metadata, billing information received from Paddle, and usage logs.
• We use this data to run the service, protect accounts, provide customer support, improve features, and meet legal obligations.
• If GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction or objection, subject to legal and security limits.

9. Availability, Changes, and Support

The service may change, be updated, or be temporarily unavailable. We may add, remove, or modify features, limits, or integrations where reasonably needed to operate or improve the platform.

Support is offered through our forum, support channels, and direct contact methods that we publish. We may set reasonable limits on support availability and scope. Our written support model is described in the Support Policy.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for abuse prevention, non-payment, legal compliance, security, or material breaches of these Terms. Where appropriate, we may give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue first.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, WorkStudio.Online is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the service after a material update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
