Records: One App for Personal, Company, and Project Work

A place to record anything and connect anything: people, documents, ideas, collections, resources and projects.

Record anything. Connect anything. Records is WorkStudio's flexible place for the information that matters to you, your company and your projects.

Records is WorkStudio's flexible app for structured information. Use it for personal notes, films, food and measurements; for people, companies, contacts and documents; or for project drawings, tasks, resources, costs, breakdowns and BOQ items.

Each entry is a record. Its Type decides which useful properties and purpose-built view it receives. A record can also have Roles, Documents and Relations to other records. You can use the ready-made Types or create Types and properties for work that is specific to you.

Records opens the main collection for the active personal, company, or project context. Information saved in one context does not appear in another unless you deliberately import or connect it.

Use Records when the information needs more structure than a loose note but should remain easier to extend than a fixed business system.
