Meeting Minutes Template for TableStudio
Use a TableStudio meeting-minutes template with decisions, actions, attendees, status lists and formulas for tracking follow-up work.
The TableStudio Meeting Minutes and Action Register template is for meetings where the follow-up matters as much as the written minutes.
It is structured as a working workbook rather than a static document. Use it when a meeting produces discussion notes, formal decisions, owners, due dates, evidence links, and follow-up actions that need to stay visible after the meeting ends.
The template includes these sheets:
Meeting Setupfor title, project or workspace, date, time, chair, minute taker, location, and distribution.Minutesfor agenda items, discussion summaries, outcomes, owners, due dates, status, priority, follow-up state, related actions, evidence links, and notes.Decision Logfor formal decisions, source items, topics, authority or owner, decision date, status, follow-up action, evidence references, and notes.Action Registerfor actions that continue after the meeting, with assigned date, due date, days to due, status, priority, traffic light, completion date, and evidence link.Attendeesfor attendance, organization, role, decision participation, and contact notes.Guidancefor practical use notes.
Each sheet is prepared for print with A3 landscape page setup and fit-to-width enabled. The native TableStudio file keeps those print settings together with formulas, status lists, filters, and conditional formatting.
The most functional part is the action register. Days to due calculates from the due date, and Traffic light shows Overdue, Due soon, On track, Closed, or No date. Conditional formatting highlights high priority, waiting items, due-soon actions, overdue actions, and closed items.
Use this TableStudio version when you want to filter, sort, extend rows, continue action tracking, or connect meeting evidence to controlled files and records. If the meeting output should be a formal page-based document, use Meeting Minutes Template for DocStudio.
A subtle platform workflow is available when needed: evidence links can point to FileStudio records, DocStudio documents, TaskBoard tasks, approval records, or WorkFlow process references.
