WorkSpace Panes and Settings

Explains containers, pane sizes, edit mode, separators, icons, colors, text settings, open behavior, and visibility rules.

WorkSpace is built from Containers and Panes.

A container is the local surface that holds panes. Containers can currently be 6x, 4x, or 2x wide.

Inside a container, panes can be small or large launch cards, and separators can divide the background between rows or columns.

Use Edit to add containers, add panes, move items, resize panes, edit details, or delete items.

The pane editor controls the visible content: Title, Subtitle, Text, icon symbol, icon size, font size, icon background, accent color, and pane size.

If a pane should be visual only, enable No text in this pane.

The Open Behavior area decides whether the pane opens nothing, opens Home, or opens an app.

Visible To controls who can see the pane in the current context. All keeps it visible to everyone in that context. If you choose specific users, the pane owner always stays included.
