Content and Moderation Rules

1. Scope and contact

These rules apply to hosted content and the public Feedback board. WorkStudio’s contact for authorities and users is mail@workstudio.online, in English or Romanian; human communication is available. Private files are not automatically published or routinely submitted to Feedback moderation.

2. Allowed and restricted content

Feedback is for WorkStudio bugs, feature requests and improvement ideas. Good-faith criticism, unverified bug reports and non-sensitive code are allowed. We may restrict illegal material, malware, clear spam, unrelated advertising, harassment, hateful attacks, sexual exploitation, threats or instructions facilitating illegal harm. Off-topic posts may be rejected under these rules without being declared unlawful. Do not disclose passwords, private personal data, confidential customer files or unpublished sensitive security vulnerabilities.

3. Automatic and human review

New or edited unpublished submissions remain private while awaiting review. OpenAI receives their title, body, category and type. Scheduled review may publish, reject with a reason or refer to a human. Sensitive/uncertain cases require human review; provider errors do not publish content. Hourly scheduling is not a guarantee of a decision within an hour. Moderation alone does not impose account bans, revoke paid access or debit AI credits. Authors may request human reconsideration by email, identifying the post and explaining the disagreement. A human may revise a decision and record a reason.

4. Illegal-content notices

Use the public notice form without creating an account. Identify the exact content location and explain the alleged illegality, supplying relevant facts and contact details and a good-faith accuracy/completeness statement. The form permits the legally specified identity exception for notices of child sexual abuse/exploitation offences under Articles 3–7 of Directive 2011/93/EU. Where an email is provided, we acknowledge receipt and communicate our decision and redress options without undue delay. We assess notices diligently, objectively and proportionately; notices are not decided solely by AI. No report automatically removes content.

5. Restrictions, reasons and remedies

When restricting content for illegality or incompatibility with the Terms, we provide the affected recipient with a clear explanation where required: the restriction and its scope/duration, relevant facts, legal or contractual basis, role of automation and available redress. We protect confidential information and do not disclose a notifier’s identity unless strictly necessary. You may request human reconsideration at mail@workstudio.online and retain judicial remedies. This voluntary reconsideration route does not claim that every additional online-platform obligation applies to WorkStudio. We cooperate with lawful authority orders and handle credible threats to life or safety under applicable reporting duties.
