Paid plans add hosted storage, cross-app work, team access, and monthly AI capacity across the WorkStudio suite. Company is planned for general availability later; until then, it is available only in Romania under a separate contract and the contracted version may omit some features.
Personal yearly is $50 per year instead of $60 across 12 monthly payments.
Team / Family yearly is $100 per year instead of $120 across 12 monthly payments.
Coordination Team yearly is $120 per year instead of $144 across 12 monthly payments, with 1GB shared storage and 150 shared monthly AI credits.
Team, Family, and Coordination Team Owners receive Personal benefits in their separate Personal context; invited members keep their individual plan and use shared benefits only inside the shared workspace.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel before the next billing date to stop the next charge.
Checkout supports credit and debit cards automatically, plus PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay when enabled in Paddle.
Taxes are handled by Paddle. Depending on your tax settings and the customer's location, tax may already be included in the displayed price or shown separately during checkout.
Renewal and cancellation
Monthly subscriptions renew every month and yearly subscriptions renew every year until canceled. Cancelling stops the next renewal and access normally continues until the end of the current paid period. Until the live Paddle setup is enabled, the checkout buttons stay in preview mode and do not open a real purchase flow.

Billing and cancellation
Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans renew once per year at the discounted annual amount. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge. Unless the law says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Refunds and support
Under our voluntary Refund Policy, each initial paid subscription charge and each renewal charge is eligible for a full refund if the request is submitted within 30 calendar days after the order completion date. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically request a refund. Start payment, cancellation, withdrawal, or refund requests through Paddle's buyer service at paddle.net. Contact mail@workstudio.online only if Paddle cannot identify the WorkStudio order, does not apply an otherwise eligible WorkStudio 30-day contractual refund, or an unresolved WorkStudio product/account-access issue affects the request. Objective Online Company S.R.L. can verify WorkStudio-policy eligibility and initiate or escalate the refund through Paddle; Paddle performs the return to the payment method.
