Add Profit and Check the Final Price with a fictional company example.

Profit is another reusable adjustment record. Assign it to the Project or a more specific node. This example applies a 10% markup after 8% indirect cost: 2,868 x 1.08 x 1.10 = 3,407.184 EUR, displayed as 3,407.18 EUR at two decimals. Profit is 309.744 EUR before rounding.

A 10% markup is not a 10% margin on selling price. The app applies percentages as multipliers. The supported example uses Direct plus indirect cost and Percentage 10. Other basis labels and Formula do not currently change that multiplier into a fixed amount or selected-record calculation. Multiple assigned percentage records compound; they are not simply added.

Create the profit record

Choose New Record > Profit. Enter Tender profit 10% and PRO.01.

Set the percentage

Choose Direct plus indirect cost and enter Percentage 10. Leave Formula empty. Save.

Assign it to the Project

Open the Project > Cost Adjustments and add PRO.01 to Profits. Retain the existing IND.01 indirect cost.

Verify the order

Recalculate. Direct 2,868.00 + indirect 229.44 = 3,097.44. Profit is 10% of that subtotal, or 309.744 before rounding.

Review the final amount

The final result is 3,407.18 EUR at two decimals. Review line rounding if comparing a sum of printed rounded values with the full-precision total.

Keep quantities separate

Resource consumption remains 63 m2 panels, 24 l paint, 48 h labour, 6 h cutter, 60 delivery units and 1 review. The markup changes value, not those quantities.
