Reading Progress and Article Feedback
Your reading progress is personal; usefulness ratings do not require an account.
Mark an article as read when you have finished it. A check and Read label then appear beside that article throughout Help. Use Mark as unread to put it back on your reading list.
When signed in, reading progress belongs to your account. When signed out, it belongs to this browser profile. Guests using the same browser profile share that progress. Guest progress is not automatically copied into an account.
Thumbs up means the article helped; thumbs down means it did not. Choose the other thumb to change your answer, or choose the selected thumb again to remove it. No sign-in is required. Ratings are stored per article and IP address. Users sharing a connection share a rating; an IP address is not a unique person.
Last change is the most recent recorded article-content change. Older entries without a reliable date are labelled Not recorded.
