How to Use the Book Index

Find a subject, open an article or film, and keep track of your reading.

Open WorkStudio, Records or Help in the contents. In Records, first choose a subject such as Company projects & costing or People & genealogy. Then choose Articles, Tutorials or Films and select a title.

The dotted lines guide your eye from a heading to its count. Counts next to an app include its unique articles and tutorials; films have their own count. Other apps & topics stays open so every collection is visible.

Use search to find titles across the library. Read articles are marked with a check and a Read label. At the end of an article, use Mark as read or Mark as unread to change your personal reading status.

The article shows its last recorded content change. Not recorded means that the older catalogue did not retain a reliable article date. A review date alone is not presented as a content change.

Use the thumbs at the end to tell us whether an article helped. No sign-in is required. Ratings are limited to one per article per IP address, so people sharing a connection share one rating. You can change or remove your choice.

Close the article with the close button or Escape to return to the same place in the book.

Enable JavaScript to use reading progress and usefulness ratings.
