Column Type: Info
Long-form notes stored in the cell but displayed as a compact info indicator inside the grid.
Use the info column type for longer notes that should not stretch the table visually.
If an info cell has text, TableStudio shows a small i in a circle. If the cell is empty, nothing is shown in the grid. Click the indicator, double-click the cell, or start editing to open the note popup.
The note text is stored in the cell itself, so it saves and loads like normal cell content. Inside the popup, text is wrapped for readability, and any manually resized popup height is remembered per cell.
During print, visible info notes become *1, *2, *3, and so on inside the table, and the full note text is printed later in a Notes section.
Keep notes compact in the grid
Info columns store the full note in the cell, while the sheet itself only shows a small indicator until the note is opened.
